Patient Satisfaction Acknowledgement

At Advanced OrthoSpine center, we hold your satisfaction as our top priority. If during your communication with our staff, your treatment, or any service follow up you have a question or concern, we want to do everything possible to answer your questions or address your issues and concerns.

We also take pride in Advanced OrthoSpine ‘s reputation for excellence and our standing in the community, and we are committed to earning a positive reputation and maintaining that standing every day. No-Show and Cancellation Policy

No shows and cancellations with less than 1 weekdays’ notice are a significant problem for our small practice. Many practices overbook on purpose so that no-shows and cancellations won’t limit access for other patients as well as cause a financial hardship for the practice. We refrain from that and prefer a strict policy on appointments.

We are proud of our ability to run on time. In an effort to keep up with being on-time, while providing you with the best service, Advanced OrthoSpine has had to implement an appointment Cancellation and

No-show policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our valued clients in need of our care and decrease unnecessary financial losses.

Patients who arrive on time are seen at their appointment time. Patients who have arrived on time will be seen ahead of those who arrive late. If you arrive late, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your visit.

Call ahead if you are late or unable to make your appointment on-time. We will do all that we can to accommodate your appointment and to minimize the need to reschedule your appointment.

Please be courteous and call our center 043444828 promptly and more than 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to attend an appointment.

Cancellations must be made on the phone, by speaking directly to one of our front desk staff, during clinic working hours between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on workdays and at least one full business day before the scheduled appointment. Clients will be charged for one visit or session if cancellation is made in less than 24 business hours before their appointment. If a second no-show or same-day cancellation occurs, we reserve the right also not to provide ‘priority appointment’ for the client.

Advanced OrthoSpine will dismiss clients who violate this policy. Violations include:

1. Not showing for scheduled appointments

2. Cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice (excluding holidays)

3. Walking in without an appointment

Finally, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the above policies. Advanced OrthoSpine reserves the right to modify any policies without notice.
